We always say in CO, "if you don't like the weather, wait 10 min!"
That being said, dress in layers or be sure to bring a jacket or sweatshirt along. Weather can change very quickly over the mountains.

Don't Get Caught in the Lightning
Lightning in the Colorado mountains is very different from other places. It can be very loud and dangerous. Seek shelter quickly if you get caught in a lightning storm
