Food Carts! This is the address for The Switchback, which is a newer food truck lot in a residential neighborhood a couple miles east of downtown. There are a variety of food trucks that constantly rotate daily. Recommended are Lime & A Coconut (Thai), Crisp, and Off The Grid Pizza. There is also a cart that serves beer & wine.

I wouldn't say that there is any one place where the food is a must have. Here's a couple tips: Pie-Hole pizza has a great deal for slices from 4pm-5pm on weekdays. If you're in the mood for a calorie dense snack, go to Bittercreek Alehouse for their poutine with pulled pork.
North 8th Street & West Idaho Street

Delicious Italian dining in downtown. Reservations recommended. If you can't get a table or the wait is too long, I'd recommend going around the corner to their sister restaurant, FORK.
