Walking up town brook from the waterfront along a tree-shaded path, you arrive at the Jenney Grist Mill (currently operated by Plimoth Plantation), where the herring migrate upstream in the Spring to Jenney pond and where you'll find a local family of swans. Worth the visit!

Plan your travel carefully. There are usually very high volumes of traffic in the area heading to Plymouth or Cape Cod during the summer weekend. Check with us for more details about arrival/departure times.

Packing Advice
Manomet Beach House will have just about everything you need, except personal items. But make sure you bring beach towels (bath towels are provided), a charging plug for your phone, beach sandals, suntan lotion, and other personal items. We supply all cooking equipment, basic spices/oil/vinegar, dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and bath soap.

We restrict the property to a maximum of three cars in the driveway or in front of the house during your stay. This includes any visiting guests. This is to ensure that you and our neighbors enjoy the benefits of the private beach and quiet neighborhood. The house and the driveway are not to be used for large gatherings of day or evening visitors.
