Best Pies
This is our favorite place to go, mostly because of AnnMarie. It's the only Christian bookstore and coffee shop in town and AnnMarie makes THE BEST homemade pies. You'll always find a smiling face, a comfortable place to hang out for a while and a good cup of Forty Weight coffee when you go to The Connection Point. Easily walk-able from the house.

Breakfast Spot
This is a cute spot right across the pedestrian bridge. They serve Starbucks coffee and a small assortment of teas. They serve their tea in house with an adorable little tea pot filled with hot water so you can refill as needed. It's usually very quiet there and a nice place to get some work done. They have very yummy breakfasts. We frequented the Tea Company when we were dating. We haven't had anything on the menu that we haven't really liked. The stuffed crepes are particularly good and they are well-known for their cinnamon raisin bread. That is a must- try for sure!

They have paninis, salads, cold and hot subs, really good soups and some excellent baked goods! They're usually pretty quick too, though they do get extra busy during lunchtime from about 12-1pm, so just before or just after is the best time to go. They have really nice staff that will start to remember your favorites. It's only about two blocks from the house in Downtown. It's been a long-time favorite of ours.

Small place but big flavors! It is a small menu but everything on it is really good! They have outdoor seating when it's warmer so that helps to not feel cramped. They have a good beer and wine selection there as well. It's barely a two block walk from the house too.

They have a nice bar/lounge half and a sit-down restaurant half. The bar is fully stocked and they have fun names for their drinks and they also have a good selection of wine. Their food is excellent. They bring bread to the table too with this amazing onion-garlic butter. It's hard to not just fill up on that. We tend to save this place for special occasions. Definitely a good date-night spot.

Really good classic Italian food. We personally like this Italian option the best. It's very nice on the inside, the whole atmosphere makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

Italian food. Pretty good. Their Alfredo sauce is fantastic and their cheesecake is a personal favorite. Some of their portions feel a little small for what you pay, particularly for lunch. Overall good food though.

This is the best Mexican food around, hands down. The Pina Fajita is the best! It's served in half of a pineapple. But you can't go wrong no matter what you get.

Hibachi is always a fun meal. They have other options too. Their sushi is really good and pretty reasonably priced. It's a good option when you're craving something Asian but don't want take-out Chinese.

Classic sports bar food, but better! The burgers are probably the best in town and this is the only spot we've found so far that has actually pretty good gluten free pizza crust.

GJP has basically everything you could want. They have great and huge Italian meals, subs, specialty pizzas, classic pizzas, wings, just everything! The Bruschetta pizza and the Chicken Speidie pizza are personal favorites. Whenever we want pizza, that's where we go.
