This place is situated within the Tiong Bahru conservation area which is worthy of a visit in its own right. Top the visit off with an ice cream from this place.

This is on top of Duxton Hill, a secluded exclusive and very serene environment. Don’t let the hill deter you, it is really just a few flight of steps up. In Singapore where convenience is ubiquitous, Hill are usually just a few meters off the ground.
Anyway, this is a place to get very cheap $2.9 barista coffee.
