The best fish I've ever had was from Owen's Fish Camp. I get the scamp with lemon-caper butter...absolutely delicious!!
The vibe here is so cool. Think eclectic mixed with old Florida.
First thing you'll notice out front is the huge Banyan tree. It was given to Sarasota developer Owen Burns by Thomas Edison. This place is full of history and Southern Hospitality.
The atmosphere is casual and will allow you to let your hair down and relax.
Come early because reservations are not allowed.

The restaurant started in Tampa’s Ybor City as a small 60-seat corner cafe known for its Cuban coffee and authentic Cuban sandwiches.

Must have: pitcher to share of the red sangria and the 1905 salad.
