A really great little coffee shop on the johnson st side of Market Square. You can find great knowledgeable (in all things coffee) staff as well as a great pour over. If your into coffee this is the spot. If it's summer try the iced coconut milk latte or in the winter a vanilla turmeric latte.

West coast french and probably one of my favourite fine dining restaurants. Get the steak and frities (the fancy way) or the mussels. also a local's only secret is they will do their burger to go. always a line so get there early to put your name on the list.

Most people don't like the renos and it has brought the iconic hotel to a more modern standard, You can do a high tea which is in the $100 range or you can just sit in the lounge and have a cup of tea by the big windows.
