The best bakery in town. Chocolate Croissants and Cinnamon rolls the size of your head! Waffle Wednesdays. Good Coffee. Nice people. Casual and priced right.

I'm kind of a Mexican food snob. But for pretty decent Mexican food, this is the only place in town.

I think this place is over priced for Kalispell, Montana, and their new digs are in need of a face lift, but their food is good and they have lovely wine. Even if you just go sit at the bar and get to chatting with the owner, Mr. Scottibelli, a true Italian entrepreneur. His whole family works at the restaurant.

This is a great store for the girls to check out. You can scent your own oils and lotions. Cute soaps, pj's, hair accessories, etc. Right down town Kalispell. There is also one in Whitefish. A must stop. Even just to smell and reboot!

From lifestyle men's and women's clothing to renting a kayak, fat tire mountain bikes for the day, paddle boards, life jackets, ammo, fishing supplies, swim suits, camping gear, you name it. My favorite store with my favorite people! Locally owned and here for 50 years! Best equipment rental of any kind. Fair prices and a gorgeous store.

My favorite store with my favorite people! Locally owned and here for 50 years! Best equipment rental of any kind. Fair prices and a gorgeous store.
Drinks & Nightlife
This may seem strange, but the VFW or what we locals call the "V" is a hang out for locals. Some VFW's only allow members/veterans. This one is for everyone. It's clean, they have pool tables, music, full bar, cheap drinks, shuffleboard, but NO food. TV's, Golden Tee, Pinball and it's 21 and up only.

If you can, check out a game at Legion Field, just down the street from the house. Night games are fun. They serve five dollar hot off the grill burgers and it's fun to walk or ride bikes to the field and watch the boys take on teams from all over the state and Canada. Go Lakers!
