City/town information
Lewes is where you can go to the beach and enjoy small waves, great food in town, and fishing, and kayaking, just about everywhere.
Lewes has three options
Lewes it’s great for young kids or just for floating on a tube with little to no waves. To get there Lewes beach route 9 (turns into Savannah) has paid parking, near DQ. Or off Virginia Ave. Both are $2/hr or $10/day across from DQ. *we also own 4 Cape Henlopen Drive which is a rented duplex you should check out!
The second Lewes beach location is where you turn at the Lewes Variety store and drive to the Yacht Club Marina. There aren’t showers like the other locations, but they have portapotty’s. Great bay for fishing and dogs to play.
Thirdly in Lewes - Cape Henlopen State park has medium waves, and a small boardwalk area for showering and eating. If you pay $10 to go in and out of Cape Henlopen State Park, there is also fishing off the pier there, swimming, small place to eat, can jam frisbee park, swing sets, and places to explore on kayak.

This is a GREAT location for kids to play and families to gather for food and fun. There are hammocks, and yard games outside for the kids, and brewery for the grown ups.

The food is great at Matt's Fish Camp, always delicious. Matt’s Fish House is also one of our favs right off Route 1 before you reach the outlets.

Touch of Italy is another Option in Lewes that has authentic Italian. They have great dessert counter as well. It's in a beautiful location as you walk down 2nd street in Lewes where there is some nice local (higher end shopping).

Big Oyster Brewery is another worth checking out as well! They have a good sampler I recommend.

So close to you! Even if it wasn't, it's worth the drive!! The best icecream, where you can see the cows who helped make it - fun for the kids! They also have a nice play ground area for the kids to enjoy. It's always busy, but worth the wait!

The Purple Parrot is right in the heart of Rehoboth. It is a unique environment that welcomes everyone to some fun nightlife. It also happens to showcase some of the most talented karaoke nights I have ever been to!
