Lily's cafe has had a number of different owners over the years but the one thing that has never changed is the pizza and pasta menu. It's our favourite in town. Our go to is the pepporoni pizza and tortelliini bosciola. Give it a go.

RSO Thai restaurant is one of our go to's for takeaway. They also offer dine in with BYO as an option. We love the roast duck curry and coconut rice. They get quite busy on the weekends so it's worth ringing early to avoid large wait times.

The Central hotel offers delicious food but most importantly, after hours is known as the 'pit' and is open until 2am on weekends.. juke box, DJ, skittle bombs and White Russians are what the pit looks like after 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Top Pub is newly renovated to host all the party goers, this is the new place to be in town for a night out. It offers a classic country night out and is a fun place to start off a night. With it's licence extending it might just be the new place to end a night out too.

The Ballandean Tavern is a 20 minute drive south of town. It's a beautiful country pub with great indoor and outdoor seating options and delcious food. Definitely worth it if you feel like a drive.

Mt Marlay look out is a short 2 minute walk from The Hideaway. It's great at getting the heart racing if you feel like walking or running to the top alternatively, you can take the road access and enjoy the views.

Red Bridge is located at the Eastern end of the Quart Pot Creek walking track. It boasts big, beautiful granite planes and running water and obviously, a red bridge. It's a great spot to take the kids. It's a hot spot for locals after some rain.
