I'm a salad person so I really enjoy their smoked chicken Ceasar althoughit actually comes with a homemade ranch dressing. They also have a kale salad with Peruvian peppers. We have also enjoyed their chicken and pork chops.

This is a great golf course. I call it a big boy course so it's not for beginners. The restaurant is a locals secret with the most amazing view of Mt Sopris. Food is excellent.

Nice little American Tai restaurant downtown on main Street in Carbondale aprox 9 miles away towards Aspen. Take the Hwy 133 exit into Carbondale and bear left at the only round a bout in town. We love the waterfall beef & the pork dish.

World's largest hot Springs Pool. We have a club membership and we highly recommend you pay a few bucks more and go in this side instead of the regular pool entrance. The club provides you with towels and a free locker. Locker room and showers are much larger and cleaner. You also can use the racket ball court and weight room as well as an indoor hot tub, sauna & steam room. Glenwood has 2 hot springs and this one is more family oriented with a diving board and a not so lazy river. Small pool runs about 103 to 104 degrees. East end by the pool entrance is a bit warmer because that is where the water flows into the pool. The club side is best for adults although children are allowed but they cannot use any of the indoor facilities including the hot tub.

They will be on the right side of the road and on a corner so it can be difficult to see. The rental cabins there all different and unique. If booked online you have to stay 2-3 nights. Locals know they have a couple of single nights available is month. Usually a week day. They are open 12 months out of the year. Winter is awesome but you will need snow boots to walk to the pools. They have a cooler larger pool, maybe around 98 degrees and 2 rock hot pools that are maybe around 102. They also have a barn next to the pools that has a 4 person wine barrel type hot tub. The pools are open 24 7 so you can soak all 🌙 night if you wish. They have security that will come around to make sure you have wrist bands. If you are just using the pool drive another 5 mile to Redstone and have lunch or dinner at the historic Redstone Inn. About 1/2 mile past Redstone is the Redstone castle. You will see it on the left hand side of the road. They have private tours that can be booked. You can also spend the night at the castle for a hefty price. Dream weddings are held at the castle as well as the Inn.

Very nice hike. You must book a reservation and ride a bus out to Hanging lake. About a mile uphill but worth it and it's downhill all the way back! Next door to where you catch the bus is Tequilas Mexican restaurant with the best Margherita's around.

This is a beautiful hike. It is literally down the road from our house. You can walk up a paves road until it turns into a dirt road and then continue on to the top of the mountain overlooking Glenwood springs and the Roaring Fork Valley. You can also choose to take the dirt path up the mountain if you are more sure footed. You also might run into mtn bikes on he dirt trail. There is a 30 to 40 foot cross on private property up top that it lit up usually during Christmas & Easter.

Try some paragliding on the mountain behind our house. You can usually see them paragliding in the morning during the warm months.

Fast food type burgers. Although the summer of 2021 they are openinga BBQ restaurant up there. Iron mtn also has their own beer. The best view around. Drinks on their deck during sunset is phenomena!
