Nice wine bar located under the arches (portici) in the historic centre of Cortemilia. Good shaded spot to relax on a hot summer’s day! They serve lunch and dinner, but you can also just pop in for aperitivo or a coffee. There is a deli at the front where you can buy typical products of Piedmontese cuisine to take home and enjoy. Good wine selection. Open 08:30 – 22:00. Closed Tuesdays.

One of our favourite restaurants in the area. Gorgeous setting in the village piazza. The drive is about 20 mins with stunning views of the surrounding area. Try the local Roccaverano cheese! Serves lunch and dinner. Reservations recommended.

A great meeting point for locals with a real buzz on Friday mornings (market day). They close for lunch but are open morning and late afternoon. In summer, sit outside under the umbrellas or in the shady internal courtyard. In winter, it is cozy and welcoming under the arched brick ceilings and pillars inside. Closed Mondays.
