A trip to the Blue Lagoon is really nice you can either start going the or end your trip because it is close to the airport, just make sure to book it online before you come it is usually busy.
When you drive the Golden Circle that is less then 2 hour drive, you can drive first to Geysir that is next to our cabin, there you can look at Geysir that is the geysers, fumaroles, and mud pots is an exhilarating experience nonetheless. This is one of the few places in the world where you can watch boiling water and steam erupt from the earth on such a regular basis and then there is Gullfoss, one of the most popular tourist attraction in Iceland and part of the Golden Circle. The waterfall is by many considered one of the most beautiful waterfall in Iceland. You can find the waterfall in the upper part of the Hvita river., Gullfoss is only few min drive from our cabin. Þingvellir is is not so far around 1 hour from the cabin you can either look at Þingvellir before you come or take it the day after.

The Secret Lagoon, known locally as Gamla Laugin, is the oldest swimming pool in Iceland. It was made in 1891 at Hverahólmi, a geothermal area near Flúðir.
What makes our place special are the rich natural resources of warm water coming from hot springs.

I would recommend to go there for lunch the sup is really good. In Fridheimar farm they create a pleasant Food Experience where lunch is enjoyed among the tomato plants. We also offer a Greenhouse visit where guests are informed how Icelanders are able to grow vegetables the whole year around with help from the nature. This is a nice place to get lunch I would call and make a reservation it is always full 354 486 8894.
