Rome has several restaurants...there's one that is our favorite...very authentic, not touristic, the cuisine is a mix of traditional Roman with a modern twist.
Let us know if you would like to make reservations (day and time) or ask for "Renato" the owner and say you are staying at our apartment and he will take special care of you. Prices are slightly higher than other restaurants but definitely worth! * closed on Mondays.

They’re also moving into a greater selection of organic meats. Watch this space!
