The Miró Mallorca Fundació a Mallorca is unique to the world. It is one of the few museums where visitors can contemplate the artist’s creative surroundings, through direct contact with the studios in which Joan Miró worked from 1956 until his death in 1983. Through these studios, we gain an insight into the atmosphere that formed the backdrop to his work and we can reconstruct Miró’s creative process by contemplating his paintings, objects and the tools he used.
