Grocery shopping and Restaurants
There is a big HEB at Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. We usually stock up on our must-have items before driving to the house. In Lago Vista proper, there is a small Lowe’s grocery co-op and also a Brookshire Bros. They are a bit pricier than H‑E‑B. CVS in Lago has toiletries and medication essentials. Restaurants in Lago are not open 7 days a week and close by 8pm mostly. There are many choices in Leander/Cedar Park that stay open until 10pm or later including chains such as Chuy’s, Tumbler22, Einstein’s Bagels, In and Out Burger and the not-to-miss Andy’s frozen custard.

Dawn Dr. is 30 mph and the neighborhood is 25 mph. Please drive with caution. The roads are curvy and the deer are likely to cross the street right in front of you. This was their home first.
