This is a really cool place to ride an old steam train, learn about the history of trains in Jamestown and see a bunch of old rail cars. They have a cute little gift shop as well.

This place is awesome! Be transported back in time to the gold rush days! This historic town remains as it was when settlers first came to the area. People are often dressed the part, you can ride a stagecoach, dip your own candles, pan for gold, or visit one of the many shops.

This is a very easy hike with a rewarding end. It gets very busy during the summer and you have to pay for parking. There is a cave bridge that is a really interesting natural occurrence.

This is a beautiful spot at the top of the 108 pass. We often go here in hot weather to escape some of the heat. There are hiking trails, a store, camping, horseback riding, and a restaurant. It’s one of those places that you think only exists in movies.
