Personal vehicles are best
The house is located in a more rural part of Monument. Guests can explore the surrounding area, such as the golf courses and walking trails, on bike or foot. For areas away from the home, a car will be necessary.

Altitude Sickness is Real!
Stay hydrated, limit sun exposure and moderate exertion. Each year numerous Colorado visitors get to add an unplanned tour of the local medical facilities to their vacation itinerary because of altitude sickness.

In these areas you are likely to see bears, coyotes, foxes, rabbits, deer and more! Please be respectful of them and you shouldn't have any issues. They are more a joy and a wonder than anything, so please bask in the great outdoors during your visit!
