If you are on a budget you cannot beat this place. Open till 10 AM - 9 PM M-F when public school is open. Right down the street, a big slice of pizza for $1.75, or a large Greek salad for $5.00.

The restaurant is on the third floor and pricey. The Monday Club is on the second floor, a beautiful bar especially in the winter for having a drink and a light meal.

A bit of a walk but I prefer it to Broadway Market. They have a parking lot and the place has a lot of local flavor. They don't sell alcohol though.
