They have the best sushi in town, while supplies last!! The calamari and fried mushrooms are the bomb also! Get in early on the Fri-Sat weekend dinner, it can fill up fast.

If you like coffee, latte's, foofy caffeinated drinks, etc. COME HERE! It's a quick yog from the house, and they have a neat vibe and great coffee drinks. My family gets stuff here every time they are in town :)

Getting Outside
There is SO much to do here! Here are some awesome things to do within an hour of here!
The grand Mesa is amazing and we hope you have time to visit while you’re here. From foraging during the summer to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, it's an outdoor playground! We recommend hiking Crag Crest, Mesa Top Trail, and West Bench Trail!
Cross Country Ski's are available to rent from Grand Mesa Outdoors in Cedaredge, and you should definitely do Skyline Trail! If you're here for the full moon, go snowshoe or cross-country ski in the moonlight, on a TOUR even!

I suggest going to the North Rim, and walking through the north side camp grounds past the visitor center to get to the rim trail for your first intro to this canyon. Holy wow. It's amazing and breathtaking. Then drive south along the rim and walk some of the trails... this is a magical place!

I suggest going to the North Rim, and walking through the north side camp grounds past the visitor center to get to the rim trail for your first intro to this canyon. Holy wow. It's amazing and breathtaking. Then drive south along the rim and walk some of the trails... this is a magical place!
This place is sprawling with difficult hiking trails into the Gunnison Gorge, the land feature that is after the Black Canyon on the Gunnison's river descent to the ocean! I will recommend trying Duncan Road. You will need AWD at least to get through the road, but the hike is dog friendly and totally worth it (in cooler weather)! Otherwise, there is SO many off-road trails and ATV trails, you can spend full days in Peach Valley OHV Park!

Oh wow, you need some 4x4 for the real good trails through here, but there are other viewing areas that are less demanding. It's a bit of a drive, but horse enthusiasts should definitely take a gander at making the trip. There are better times of the year than others, I suggest looking up the info and see if there have been recent sightings :)

Ever had a Palisade Peach? If you're here during the peach season, you should find them at a farmer's market or stand! The winery's here are top notch, the small downtown is gorgeous and friendly, and the views along the river are unbeatable! Come here and spend half a day if you have the time!
