Monserrate is a high mountain located in the center of Bogotá with a great view of the city. It is an important place of worship and people are known to climb the mountain on their knees or barefoot as a show of faith. You can hike, or go up in a cablecar or train. (I recommend the cablecar)

The Plaza is the heart of Colombia. It is surrounded by the most important government buildings and a great historical value. You can find the Cathedral, the Capitol building, the Palace of Justice, the Mayor’s office, and the “Casa de Nariño” which is where the president lives.
