One of our favourites. Ristorante ‘Da Lina’ dates back to 1905. Only 10 minutes drive from Collevecchio. Traditional pizza’s and pasta’s with “simple” wines – but also great choices of meat & more. Inside a cosy fireplace – and outside a large courtyard to have diner under the olive trees.

Again, one of our favourites - a real suprising restaurant! Hidden behind a bar, next to gas-station on Via Sabina Nord – sounds not inviting but is a real hidden secret. Great cooking, authentic Italian cuisine, crispy white table-clothes and friendly staff that speaks English. Only open for lunch.
With good choice of ‘primi platti’ (various pasta’s) and choice of ‘secondi platti’ you will definitely not be disappointed. Good local housewines. Every Tuesday and Friday, fish on the menu. Populair with locals!

81 Via Sabina NordAgain, one of our favourites - a real suprising restaurant! Hidden behind a bar, next to gas-station on Via Sabina Nord – sounds not inviting but is a real hidden secret. Great cooking, authentic Italian cuisine, crispy white table-clothes and friendly staff that speaks English. Only open for lunch.

La Vecchia Quercia in Selci Sabino is a great authentic restaurant. The antipasta is great surprise, pasta Tartuffo a delight and all pizza’s extremely large. For dessert, the Gelati del Frutti is an absolute must.

On your way to Loc. Vescovio (see above), you find ‘La Pineta da Dario’ – again one of our favourites. Very authentic, Italian local trattoria – and very popular with the locals. Next to the restaurant you find a great Gelateria (new in 2016).

But their pizza’s are great! and other italian specialties. Location is not special, but food is good and not expensive. And again – very popular with local Italians....
