You really have to come here at least once to enjoy free therapeutic muds, which is well known for it's health benefits for skin and joints. Even if you do not believe in it you and your children will have plenty of fun wheb putting mud all over ewach other.
Take some plastic bottle with wide neck with you so that you can put the mud into it.

Free bus service to Mediterranean beaches
There are two main blocks of beaches in San Pedro - the Mar Menor beaches in Lo Pagan and Mediterranean beaches on both sides of Marina. The problem is there is quite limited parking space available. During high season the parking gets full very early on.
There is a free bus service available to bring you from San Pedro to the beaches of Ll Llana and Torre Derribada. The bus is leaving from the stop between Calle Anade and Calle Fartet (near by the Thalassia Hotel).
Timetable: Monday to Friday every hour, from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Weekends- every 30 minutes.
