The artisan pizzas are creative and good. The restaurant has a good vibe and an impressive beer list. They brew their own Automatic brand beer, but also have a varied tap list. The Belgian fries are a great appetizer and come with three different types of sauces. Plus it's kid friendly!

Urban Solace has the best Sunday brunch! If you eat outside for brunch, there's a live Bluegrass band entertaining diners. Make sure you get at *least* one cinnamon roll for the table as they are divine!. Tip: Get there 20 minutes before it opens at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday and you'll most-likely get a table as this place does not take brunch reservations.

They offer a variety of flavors, some unique and some traditional, so everyone can find something they like. They also make shakes, splits, and root beer floats. The shop is family-owned and most of the people who work there have been there for years. It's a favorite of Will Ferrell when he's in town, so you might just see him there!

The OB tidepools are a great place to take little ones. It's free, fairly easy to access and the kids love looking in the pools of water for ocean life. You can't beat the view either!

Sprouts is a local grocery store that specializes in organic food and great produce. The store isn't as pricey as Whole Foods, but carries similar items, which is a bonus in my book.

We love the zoo! Get there early and take the bus tour around the park - it's free and included in your day ticket. You'll see many of the animals before it gets warm and they take a nap. Our favorites are the monkey trail and the new Africa rocks section. The waterfall and penguins are a sight to see!
