u’ll find three times more sacred fire at this restaurant with bricks, wood and a few chinoiseries thrown in here and there, where Monsieur Cheng’s attentive team (the man behind Deux Fois Plus de Piment) seasons the bowls depending on the client, on a spiciness scale from zero (easy peasy) to 5 (game over)… In them, you’ll find noodles and homemade dumplings prepared in the Sichuan style, served in a sauce or in a soup, with spicy beef or pork – like these marvelous Dan Dan noodles with ground pork, peanuts, chives and rice vinegar.
