Valla and surrounds offers the perfect place to unwind on the coast but there is so many adventures to be had within an hour in each direction you just have to search for what you want. Coffs Harbour Dorrigo Scotts Head region offers a huge range of things to see and do Rock climbing, diving, fishing charters, white water rafting, rally cars, surfing schools to name a few. If you are after unique and hand crafted clothing, jewerly, homewares and or furniture no look further than Bellingen just 18 mins drive north west of Valla towards Dorrigo. There is a fine selection of organic and gourmet foods, creative arts, and crafty shops abound. There are also great community markets held every 3rd Saturday of the month
