If you just want to relax after a hard day of sightseeing, I recommend the Kingpin bowling alley which serves food & beers. it also has a lazer-tag alley and numerous arcade games to keep you amused.

Katherine Gorge is an amazing example of how the landscape of the NT has formed over thousands of years. You can get a boat tour up the gorge but if your feeling adventurous i recommend kayaking.
