Currently my favorite restaurant in Palm Springs for dinner. Beautiful patio space at night with fire pits, beautiful ambiance. Amazing Italian and flatbread pizzas. Handcrafted cocktails, too.

This is the "diner" in the Ace Hotel. Everyone knows the Ace because it started the hipster influx to Palm Springs, but KH has very good food and a casual hipster atmosphere.

It is a little hidden, so it'll be more locals and Palm Springs regulars - this isn't a place you would randomly stumble across. It's hidden towards the back of a shopping area.

This is one of my favorite spaces, design wise, in Palm Springs. Definitely check it out for an energetic, beautifully designed space in the Arts District of PS.

Amazing Vietnamese fusion food, in a really nicely designed space. No reservations, and you will prepare for a wait if you don't get there early.

For years, I thought this would be a cheesy tourist thing that I wouldn't like, but it's actually amazing. Stunning views of the Valley. Highly recommended if you are visiting.

Design/Furniture shopping
This is a high end mid century store, and the owners have impeccable taste. There is a little design section here on Perez Road that is a must visit for mid-century design lovers.
This is my favorite consignment store anywere. It's a little out of the way since it's in Rancho Mirage, but it's huge, and inventory changes ALL the time. But if you like vintage shopping for furniture at amazing prices, this is it.
