Big restaurant with typical polish cuisine and nice folk interior. It serves nice meals - we recommend it! It is the closest restaurant from the apartment and is not expensive as the restaurant in the old town :)

The famous "fast-food" run by two men for 22 years...every day at 8 pm they start selling good quality sausages baked on the real wood in their small barbecue in front of their bluse bus - polish car called " Nyska" which is at least two times older than the business - it is the symbol of this fast-food. Definitely go there and feel the amtmosphere of eating the sausages outside with the local people :) They are opened usually till 3 am :)

But that is not the biggest advantage of this place: the restaurant is located on the last floor of the building and has great view on the Wawel Castle and the St Mary's Church! Just because of the view, it is worth stepping by ;) Opned 9-17 only :)

The underground museum below the main market is on of the most modern in Poland - it says a lot about the Krakow's history and about the salt mine in Wieliczka as well. You can get know there how people used to live and how has Krakow changed. We really recommend it!
