beautiful village with cobbled streets and little shops and restaurants. In july and august the village is lit by candelight each evening. great for ice creams and crepes.

Another beautiful town at the tip of the Gironde Estuary. Lovely Wednesday market. The citadel is worth a visit, good for kids to run around and see the big cannons. Some good places for lunch too.
