But please visit with a local friendly guide or someone that you trust. Its definitely get a feel how local roll.
Typical and classy Karaoke in town, recommendation to have a trusted local to guide you through - very fun and entertained their sound system is off the hook, its can get very pricey if you don't watch what you have. Always ask for the menu.

Sightseeing
This is probably the most incredible place (floating village -after your Temples tours) for me to get my stress out, and just riding through the river and seeing local people doing what they needed to do to survive and live. Please bring your sunscreen and hat, its might get quite hot when you're exploring

Parks & Nature
Seriously its not really a State & National Park but certainly you will love our ancient people man-made reservoir, its mostly for local to hang out with family on Saturday or Sunday (also Public Holiday) where local Grilled Chicken are serve. Since you we love it, you will definitely love West Baray

Phnom Kulen and the Waterfall will take your breath away, the 1000 Lingas beneath the flowing stream, the inclining buddha and the thick jungle on the long stretched mountain will have your memory last for quite sometime. Note: This will required a car/van to get there, also the admission to Phnom Kulen National Park is differ from Temple Pass.

I don't know whether to called this an entertainment area or museum, but my kids (in terms of my nieces and nephews) the ArtBox is quite new in town, 2D pictures with 3D visual - It's Korean Owned but our kids loved it, so we loved it :)
