Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.
Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us.

My place is close to 80/90 Toll -road exit 83-Mishawaka IN. Visit us for events at : Notre Dame/St.Mary's/Bethel college/Holy Cross College. Mileage to ND Campus is 11.4. Our home is approx. 45 min. from the Amish Community of Shipshewanna In. Forty five min . from St. Joseph Michigan and lake Michigan's Harbor communities. Wine tasting venues. Fruit picking in season.
