You can easily walk right out our door and reach the trailhead to the ridge between San Anselmo and San Rafael. Great views of the Marin Civic Center, the wetlands, the hills of west Marin and of course Mt. Tamalpais.

This local trailhead is only a few blocks from the Studio. Leads to a beautiful ridge with views of the bay, East Bay and SF on a clear day.

Some very nice walks start here at the end of San Francisco Blvd. On the ridge there are views of the Marin Civic Center, wetlands, and San Pablo Bay. This is the place to be if there are fireworks.

Great little hike that starts just a few minute walk from the Airbnb. Has great views of town from the ridge. Long ago it was a dairy ranch and its dairy products were so good and rich that it was given the nickname "So Rich". It became part of the town open space district and is a much loved walking/hiking trail.
