Restored in 1975 by Ana and Nick Jones, they are Cumbria's only fully operational watermill, committed to the production of high quality flour using British grain. With the help of a small, dedicated team of people, this business and its products are both unique and special. Currently they are producing a wide range of biodynamic and organic stoneground flours milled the traditional way using clean, self-renewing waterpower.

A lovely quaint working watermill roughly 2 miles walk away selling fresh cakes & coffee. Take a tour around the place & see how they use the water to mill the flour.

Opportunity to see one of the last water powered mills still grinding flour. Enjoy home made scones and jam in a lovely little tea room with views of the stream.
