La Familia is a great spot near the Panglao market, that offers a very reasonable menu with great prepared dishes. Also sitting at night for people watching and having a beer. Did I mention that they also deliver to nearby places!

This is budget friendly and their menu is geared both for locals and Foreigners alike. Good value and good taste.
