Gandhi's home when he lived in Joburg from 1908 to 1909, as he was traveling extensively between Joburg, London and India, raising money and attention for Indian liberation. Beautifully restored and inspiring, the museum actually rents out rooms and conference space.

This former house of Mahatma Ghandi, founder of passive resistance, is open to visitors. It is a beautifully restored reflective space. Within walking distance.
