Convenient if you are visiting the ANZAC museum (thoroughly recemmended). We found Garrisons to be overpriced with poor service, and definitely not child friendly. Maybe the best plan is to have coffee outside and enjoy the brilliant views over King George Sound, it is worth the price of a cup of coffee to sit there and gaze out over the water.

A dinner with a view! Perched high up on Mt Clarence you get some of the best views for a restaurant that I have seen in a long time. They do take bookings online and require a deposit to book so just keep that in mind when booking. We recommend to go during sunset to get the best scenic view whilst enjoying your meal.

FOR FINE DINING – GARRISON’S - Encompassing world class views that stretch across King George Sound to the ocean, gives Garrison the edge over its other competitors. However, fine dining comes at a cost, so be prepared to pay for it. LIME 303, should get a mention here and although it may not have the views, a lot of people do rate the food.
