Top notch local candy shop - all made by hand on premises, and featuring a life sized - not kidding - chocolate "moose". Plus their own homemade ice cream! The best local candy since 1926. Promise! Try the Bangor Taffy! 419 US Route 1 in Scarborough - next town up from Saco heading north. Not much around it to see, but well worth the visit.

Best chocolate and famous for their life-size chocolate moose statue. They are known for the Maine candy called Needham which is traditionally made with potato. Try their needham ice cream they sell by the pint too!
