Great food from hamburgers to seafood with nice location on a lagoon. Go during the day to see crocodiles, birds and a lot of iguanas. It is on La Ropa beach. About a 10 minute walk from Casita Linda.

A favorite spot to eat on La Ropa. The BEST salads, seafood, burgers served in a laid-back beachy atmosphere surrounded by nature (where you can see iguanas, crocodiles, birds right next door!). Located next to the Estero (estuary) between Casa del Mar and El Pirata Restaurant, close to the southern end of La Ropa. Closed Wednesdays.

Absolutely the best fish & seafood on Playa La Ropa. El Manglar is an open air restaurant located next to a small estuary where you can see iguanas, shore birds and even the occasional crocodile. Try their food, you will not be disappointed!

El Manglar is a very short walk, either off the beach (cross the little bridge), or by entry through the campground. (Go through the campground) Its got a great atmosphere, the iguanas and crocodiles, big birds and turtles are the stars of the show, as El Manglar is right on the natural lagoon and is full of wildlife. My favourite dish for lunch is the tiritas. But most on their menu is pretty good! If you're craving fries, they've got good ones too. Reasonable prices, attentive service, highly recommended.
