Marin Museum of Contemporary Art is a hidden gem to visit. Tucked away in Novato out at the old Hamilton base is a wonderous place in where talented artists from all over come and share spaces and make art that captures the soul and the mind.

A very nice regional museum with quality art shows in an historic Spanish-style building not too far from here. Open Studios for artists with studios there on first Sunday. A little gift store with great finds.

Great place to wander around, sometimes there are really interesting shows. Great gift shop and restaurant on site.
