This is one of the more popular hikes around. It is 3.6 miles trail winds up the mountain with views of the tallest series of falls east of the Mississippi. It is a long sloping waterfall.

Crabtree Falls is one of the tallest sets of waterfalls in the United States east of the Mississippi River. It is located in the George Washington National Forest in Nelson County, Virginia, off of Virginia State Route 56. There is a parking fee to park and hike.
