This is my newest find in places to dine. My daughter suggested we meet there for her birthday. To my surprise on the menu was the impossible burger meatloaf. A vegan meat made from fermentation and Heme. I was skeptical to try, but the waitress said you would never know there was no saturated fat and the meatloaf was vegan. Now this is my favorite because I can eat healthy and the food taste good. A winning combination since I am now on a plant based lifestyle. So if you are looking for healthy as well as All American comfort foods this is the place to go. The parking garage right next door on 6th and Massachusetts. I understand they have a brunch on Saturday and Sunday morning .

A super popular brunch location (you would need to book in advance and be forewarned, it's crazy popular), but also a good place to eat during the week.
