Best mexican food, they have actually 2 places, ( 3 Rue Eugène Varlin, 75010 Paris) the second one is cool as it's near to the quai. Grab lunch there and then go down to the quai. the first one, has place inside, and it's less crowded. If you go during lunch time, some delay will be expected.
