Great beach with grassy park and awesome kids playground (even great for older kids). Close to cafe's, ice-cream etc. A lovely walk from Milford beach.

Amazing spot to take in all the action at Takapuna Beach. View of the boat ramp and along the beach. Their homemade gelato is divine!

A beautiful beach that's closer to home. This is the go-to beach for locals (especially those living in North Shore where this property is located). It features nice views, a playground for kids (or not), and a wide range of food and dessert places to go with it. If you feel like the beach for a stroll or picnic, then definitely give Takapuna beach a go."
