2.5 Hour train tour along the Connecticut River. Super pretty.

The steam train is a must-do and Main Street in Essex is a quaint area with shopping, food, and some great views of the marinas.

Historic shipbuilding town of Essex. Stroll Main Street, visit shops, have a bite to eat, walk to the river and the boats. Then take a ride on the Essex Steam Train and Riverboat on the Connecticut River. A perfect day.
