Stunning walk that follows the beautiful blue waters of Rakaia Gorge. The walk is a return walk so you can make it as long or short as you desire. The full track is 10.4kms and suggest to allow 3-4 hours to complete. Some parts can be muddy and slopey so make sure you wear appropriate shoes.

The Rakaia Gorge Walkway passes through several forest and shrub communities before it climbs the gorse-lined historic ferryman's track. Plenty of amazing views to be seen along the whole track.
