Bad Bird specializes in fried chicken flavored with umami spices. It first gained popularity at Hole in the Wall, an upscale food court at Century City Mall. This is its first stand alone branch. It’s for everyone who loves a good fried chicken with a twist and spicy kick. It’s not for people who shy away from deep fried food. We recommend the Waffle Plate plus dirty rice, corn cobs and hush puppies on the side. Everyone loves their corn. Our insider tip is their gravy isn’t free.
