For visitors, the experience of touring the distillery & tasting spirits neat will carry on in their lounge, as you watch top bartenders mix, muddle & shake. The on-site lounge is a site of innovation as bartenders experiment w/ new cocktails & feed back to the development of pioneering spirits. Be sure to visit the retail shop before you leave & take home one of their spirits including their flagship product Victoria Gin or the newest addition, the unique Empress Gin. Open in the lounge Sunday thru Wednesday from 12-7pm & Thursday thru Saturday 12-10pm.

We're very proud to have our own distillery in Sidney, and as avid gin drinkers have enjoyed the product of this fine establishment often! The Empress Gin has become popular worldwide in the last year or two, made in partnership with the Empress in Downtown Victoria. The patio at the distillery is perfect to enjoy in the summertime!

What a find, being a gin lover it was a no brainer! We tried the Gin flight - all so different and all very good - especially the blue gin that goes pink - Brilliant. This is the Empress Gin their signature Gin and one of the best I have ever had!
