In the kitchen of the shop only freshly caught fish enter which reach your table with the proper cooking and garnish. the fish and the rest of the dishes are "dressed" with first quality materials.Μετά από ένα μπάνιο στην παραλία του Μονολιθου (σειρά έχει ένα γεύμα στο Karafa. Το Karafa είναι μία ψαροταβέρνα του νησιού με φρέσκο . Στην κουζίνα του μαγαζιού μπαίνουν μόνο φρεσκοψαρεμένα ψάρια τα οποία φτάνουν στο τραπέζι σας με το κατάλληλο ψήσιμο και γαρνίρισμα.
