This is owned by the same people as the Village Maid, so the food is good and it is close to Oulton Broad

This recently refurbished waterside pub has an amazing glass sided restaurant upstairs with stunning views along the length of Oulton Broad, wonderful for viewing sailing and motor boat racing. The gardens , have a plenty of seating overlooking the water.
